During design and procurement phases, we provide input in model and constructability reviews to identify elements of project design likely to give rise to disputes. We also mitigate claims, spearheading the selection process for project contracts.
We extend our services past mechanical completion by planning for turnover, commissioning, and startup. Each team member complies fully with LGI's safety and environmental policies and will honor any site-specific safety rules achieving zero incidents.
